For almost a year now, we have been living and working in the beautiful village of Mallnitz. During this time, we have carefully improved and refreshed our apartment house with great dedication, attention and passion – with one clear goal: to create a place where you feel welcome and at home from the very first moment.

Step by step, we have made our apartments more comfortable, more atmospheric and more practical, always with a strong focus on detail and genuine hospitality. And we will continue to do so – always placing the comfort and well-being of our guests first.

Whether you are visiting for a winter sports holiday, an active summer filled with hiking, mountain biking or motorcycling, or simply to enjoy peace, nature and the fresh mountain air of Hohe Tauern National Park – AH Carinthia Mallnitz is the perfect base for a relaxing stay in every season.

Breakfast & Relaxation

A new addition to our apartment house is our cosy breakfast room, where you can start your day in a relaxed atmosphere with a delicious and varied breakfast buffet.

Breakfast is optional and can be added to your stay for an additional charge, allowing you to tailor your stay entirely to your own preferences.

Our current facilities are designed to provide comfort and relaxation during your stay. Behind the house you will find a pleasant garden with a terrace and BBQ area – the perfect place to unwind after an active day and enjoy the surrounding mountain scenery.
