If you cancel your trip:

• Up to 3 months before your arrival date; 100 percent of the costs of the trip are returned, or if you only paid the deposit, your deposit is returned.
  
• Between 1 and 3 months of your arrival date, 50percent of the costs will be returned.
  
• Less than 1 month from your arrival date you will have to pay us the full amount.
