General Terms and Conditions
Reservation Conditions
Prices:
All amounts on your invoice are in euros and include VAT.
Deposit
We require a deposit of €100, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
The deposit will be refunded in full in cash at check-out after the accommodation has been inspected for any damage.
Surcharges and Conditions
Tourist tax: €4.50 per person per night (from 16 years). This will be listed separately on your invoice and must be paid in cash or by card.
Extra person: €15 per night. This will be listed separately on your invoice.
Cleaning costs: €55 per apartment, payable upon departure.
Service costs: Due to rising energy prices, we charge €7.50 per night for heating and water. Waste disposal fee: €5 per stay.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 17:00
Check-out: no later than 09:30
Deposit and Full Payment
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 35% of the total amount is required.
Your reservation becomes binding once the deposit is received.
The deposit must be received within 14 working days after booking.
Full payment: must be completed no later than 1 week before arrival.
Agreement
By booking, you agree to the general terms and house rules as stated on the website of AH Carinthia Mallnitz.
AH Carinthia Mallnitz is not liable for material or immaterial damage incurred during your stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage (material or immaterial) caused by themselves or their travel companions to the apartment, inventory, or other guests.
Cancellation Policy / Early Departure
Legal framework
In Austria, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply unless otherwise agreed. These are issued by the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO).
The AGBH 2006 applies to individual bookings (up to 10 persons).

Cancellation Conditions
AH Carinthia Mallnitz applies the following flexible policy:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
50% charge for cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival
80% charge for cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival
100% charge for cancellations within 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show
Additional Recommendation
If you are unsure, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Early Departure
In case of early departure after check-in, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged in accordance with AGBH 2006.
No refunds will be made for unused nights.
We recommend taking out travel or cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
In exceptional cases (e.g. illness or family emergencies), we reserve the right to offer individual goodwill solutions, such as partial refunds or vouchers for a future stay. Please contact us directly in such cases.
