Booking Conditions
Prices: Amounts on your invoice are in Euro and include VAT.
Deposit
We require a deposit of € 100,- , which you must pay in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded when you check out.
The deposit will be fully refunded in cash after the accommodation has been checked for any damage.
The deposit will be refunded upon departure. The deposit will be refunded to you in full in cash after the accommodation has been checked for any damage.
Surcharges and conditions
Tourist tax: The tourist tax amounts to € 3.00 per person, per night (from the age of 17). The tourist tax will be stated separately on your invoice and has to be paid in cash to Carinthia Appartements.
Extra person: The surcharge for an extra person is € 15, - per night. These costs are listed separately on your invoice.
Arrival and departure
The room you booked is ready for you from 15:00 hours onwards.
On the day of departure the check-out is at 10:00 at the latest.
To reserve your apartment, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Upon receipt of the deposit your reservation is binding. The deposit must be credited to our account within 14 working days of booking.
Payment of the total amount: The full amount must be paid one month before arrival. Please note: We do not have a PIN facility, so you can only transfer this amount!
Statement of agreement
When booking your apartment you agree to the terms and conditions and house rules as stated on the website of Carinthia Appartements.
Carinthia Appartements is not liable for any material or immaterial damage that the guest could suffer during his stay in Carinthia Appartements.
As a guest of Carinthia Appartements you are responsible for any material or immaterial damage caused by your dog, to your apartment, inventory and any other guests.
