Mallnitz - where you are still really a guest!

Mallnitz and the Hohe Tauern are part of the 'Apline pearls' . These are a number of areas in the Alps where the authenticity of the area is consciously protected and which are considered the 'true gems' of the Alps. Tourism in these areas is deliberately kept small-scale, the emphasis is on preserving nature and dealing with it in the right way.

As a guest in Mallnitz you are therefore not one of the many guests, we want you to experience the space and the overwhelming nature. Of course you can also enjoy a nice terrace in Mallnitz, but the masses are far away here.

Accessibility, also by train!

Mallnitz is easily accessible via an easily accessible road that is also kept free of snow as much as possible in the winter months. In addition, Mallnitz is easily accessible by (car) train. Coming from the North, drive to Bad Gastein / Bockstein and from there take the car train to Mallnitz. 10 minutes later you will arrive in Mallnitz. This avoids the busy Tauern Autobahn A10 . Travel time is also cut by an hour and a half and perhaps most importantly; you arrive a bit more relaxed.

Incidentally, there is a direct (car) train connection to Salzburg from and to Mallnitz, so you can also visit us without a car.

Covid-proof

Our location is of course COVID-proof. We have strict cleaning rules for the apartments and you can reserve our parlor for your travel group. For example, instead of cooking or going to a restaurant, you can order a meal from the many restaurants and enjoy it in our lounge, so you can enjoy your holiday safely in our apartments.

As a guest you have plenty of space in both the Carinthia apartments and, for example, the ski areas. There are hardly any rows at the ski lift and the catering establishments use the rules regarding appropriate distance.
